「 terms of service 」

by commissioning me, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

general notes

  • contact methods: preferrably via email, twitter, and/or bluesky. i accept discord within friends/mutual servers only.

  • commission prices and artwork are for personal use only. (as of 2026/03/01)

  • i have the full rights to all commissioned art, including posting any completed artworks on social media and my portfolio. please contact me beforehand if you would like to keep your commission private.

  • i reserve the right to refuse your commission request if i’m either uncomfortable with the subject matter (read: see won’t do) and/or due to personal circumstances.

  • i do not permit the use of my art for NFT/blockchain related activity and/or AI training.

  • do not claim your commissioned art as your own. always give credits when posting online!

payment & refunds

  • payment methods: PayPal, Wise (international clients, USD), GCash, Maya (local clients only, PHP)

  • PHP rates are available ONLY for local clients that can transfer money to the aforementioned local e-wallet services.

  • 50% or 100% of the total price is REQUIRED upfront within the first 72 hours for me to start. the remaining 50% must be paid after final sketch has been approved.

  • rush orders will have additional fees.

  • the listed prices are merely starting points and may increase depending on complexity or additional characters.

  • if i’m unable to complete the commission for any reason, a 100% refund will be given accordingly.

timeline & workflow

  • estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 weeks, depending on my workload and availability (due to personal circumstances)

  • progress updates will be sent to the client for each part of the process.

  • general process: thumbnails & rough sketch (+ colors) → refined sketch (+ colors) → lineart → base colors → shading/highlights → rendering → final adjustments

  • on revisions: i only allow up to a maximum of 2 major revisions during the two sketch phases. any major revisions after that will be subject to 50% additional fees from the total invoice.
